Create a Venn diagram in PowerPoint 2007

A Venn diagram is used to show multiple groups of setsĀ  and the possible relations with one another. This type of information can be important when demonstrating information to viewers via your presentation. So today we will focus on how to create a Venn diagram in PowerPoint 2007.

Go to the Insert Tab located in Microsoft Office Ribbon then choose the SmartArt option

This will open a new window that allows you to choose a variety of SmartArt graphics.

Go to the Relationship section and scroll down until you see the Basic Venn diagram image. Click the image and hit OK

This will add a Venn diagram to the current PowerPoint slide. The content of the Venn diagram can be edited in the window on the left side. The size and positioning of the Diagram can also be altered here .

Adding another bullet point will increase the amount of Venn Diagram circles

Removing a bullet point will remove a Venn diagram circle.

This is pretty much all you need to know to create a Venn Diagram. If you were interested in changing the visual appearance this section allows the user to change the look of the diagram and even preview what the result would look like.
